- 80 x 200 Steel Indoor Riding Arena, with
Perma-Flex footing, and rider guard.
- Attached to the Indoor Arena is a viewing
area, housed within our office annex, where on lookers can enjoy
a nicely appointed, comfortable, relaxing environment.
- We offer two 120 x 240 outdoor arenas with
Perma-Flex footing.
- All arenas are groomed and maintained routinely.
- There are approximately 60 12 x 12 stalls
for boarding, easily accessible to the indoor arena and viewing
area. Rubber mats and Corrugated boxes for bedding are included.
- Over-sized aisles, 16 feet wide, separate
the stalls, providing safe and easy passage for all. The aisles
have beautiful rubber bricks for excellent traction and outstanding
appearance.
- 2 climate controlled tack rooms house individually
assigned private tack lockers. Custom made for our application,
these lockers eliminate the need for bulky and often hazardous
trunk storage in the aisles.
- Separate Locker facilities for men and women
are included. There are private showers and changing rooms,
comfortable rest rooms.
- 4 stalls are available for washing your horse
with hot and cold water.
- Healthcare for your horse is not overlooked.
We have provided a separate station for the veterinarian and
another for the farrier.
- 18 exercise paddocks, averaging two acres
per paddock, are surrounded by 'no-climb' fencing for the safety
of the horses.
- Nearly one mile of bridle path winds around
the perimeter of the property.
